The program began at 8 o’clock in the morning with a flag ceremony at the HEDC Building, followed by a virtual gathering via ZOOM Cloud Meetings to witness the national opening ceremony broadcasted live from the CHED Central office.

After the national opening ceremony headed by the CHED Central Office, the Opening Ceremony activities for the Caraga Regional office began once again via virtual gathering. She also mentioned the progress made on numerous commitments the Commission’s Caraga office made, and called to the stakeholders to work together to achieve greater things.

Following the uplifting message was a lively Caraga ethnic culture-inspired dance number by the CHED Caraga Dancers with participation from the entire office.

Participants were also brought on a trip down memory lane with a special video looking back on CHED Caraga through the years of its public service.Following that was a series of heartwarming messages of congratulations from our many partner agencies in the local and provincial government and constituent HEIs.
