This is to inform the public that CHED Caraga Regional Office has already taken necessary steps, according to its policies and guidelines, on the issue of franchise termination between the AMA Education System/ACLC College and its franchisee, ACLC College of Butuan, Inc. 

The interest and welfare of the students have always been the utmost priority of this Commission.

Further, CHED Caraga assures its stakeholders that an uninterrupted and continuous delivery of instructions and services by the ACLC College of Butuan, Inc. for the 1st semester of A.Y. 2023-2024 for enrolled students will still be implemented.

Advisory relative to any development of the negotiations currently initiated by parties concerned will also be issued.
