The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Caraga Regional Office attended the Entrance Conference with the Commission on Audit (COA) on September 22, 2025 at the CHED Function Hall, HEDC Building, Ampayon, Butuan City.
The conference serves as a formal opening of the audit engagement, aiming to promote transparency, encourage teamwork, and allow discussion of issues or concerns to strengthen accountability.
Present during the said conference were CHED Caraga management headed by Dr. Nelia A. Alibin, Director IV, together with COA Audit Team led by Mr. Jesus Misael D. Almendralejo, Regional Supervising Auditor, Ms. Jonifel Jane T. San Juan, outgoing Audit Team Leader, Ms. Janah P. Tapangan, incoming Audit Team Leader.
