The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) successfully conducted the activity entitled, โResilience and Excellence for Administrative Personnel (REAP): The CHED Administrative Convergence,โ held on May 14, 2025, at the Luxent Hotel, Quezon City.
The convergence brought together CHEDโs administrative personnel across the regions for a series of learning sessions aimed at strengthening efficiency, adaptability, and professionalism in public service.
Key topics included updates on Republic Act 11032, also known as the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018, as well as discussions on the Anti-Red Tape Authority, and the 2017 Rules on Administrative Cases in the Civil Service. The activity also featured insights on the Creating a Holistic Agile and Motivated Workforce (CHAMP) program and sessions focused on motivation and growth mindset.
CHED Caragaโs delegation was headed by Dr. Nelia A. Alibin, Director IV, and Ms. Noeme Rose D. Mani, Supervising Administrative Officer and OIC – Chief Administrative Officer.
The initiative reflects CHEDโs commitment to continuous capacity-building and to fostering a workforce that is responsive, agile, and dedicated to excellence in delivering higher education services.
