CHED Caraga successfully completed the orientation on the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) and the initial evaluation of CHED Caraga’s HRM Systems on April 7, 2025 by the Civil Service Commission Caraga led by Director II, Aurora B. Mantilla.

Headed by the CHED Caraga Regional Director, Dr. Nelia A, Alibin, all the section/unit heads and members of the Technical Working Group (TWG) were equipped with a comprehensive understanding of the PRIME-HRM framework, processes, and their roles in achieving HR maturity levels by the CSC Caraga team including Chief Human Resource Specialist, Ligaya S. Cueva, and Administrative Aide VI, Petronell R. Uy.

The orientation served as a vital step to continue working diligently in securing the Bronze Award (Level II) Accreditation from the Civil Service Commission. This accomplishment marked an important milestone in CHED Caraga’s commitment to advancing meritocracy and excellence in human resource management.
