Earlier today, CHED Caraga Regional Director Dr. Nelia A. Alibin administered the oath of office to the newly elected officers of the Caraga Regional Association of Registrars (CARRASOR) during the organization’s Executive Meeting held at the CSU HERO Learning Commons, Caraga State University, Butuan City.
Ms. Jezel Thea Flores-Viajar, REB, MBA, President of CARRASOR, and Vice President for Administration/Registrar of SOCOTECH, took her oath along with the other officers of the organization from different higher education institutions across Caraga.
Also present during the ceremony were Ms. Revelyn Brina, Records Officer of CHED Caraga, and Dr. Melecerio S. Flores, CFI, President of SOCOTECH, who witnessed the oathtaking ceremony in support of the newly inducted officers.
CHED Caraga continues to express its full support to CARRASOR in strengthening collaboration among registrars to uphold academic integrity and ensure efficient student records management across higher education institutions in the region.
