As part of its commitment to expanding access to quality higher education in the Caraga region, the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Caraga, through Mr. Ever Joy G. Rabadan, MAEM, MSc., Education Supervisor/Scholarship Unit In-Charge, together with Ms. Heidi M. Paredero, Project Technical Staff III / Lead Regional Coordinator of UniFAST Caraga, shared career pathways and scholarship opportunities with Grade 10 and 12 students of Los Angeles National High School during the Career Guidance Awareness Program held on February 13, 2026, at the LANHS Multi-Purpose Hall.
The program encouraged students to think broadly about their future, exploring a variety of educational tracks and career paths that match their personal strengths and aspirations. Discussions also focused on how students can make strategic decisions regarding their studies and maximize opportunities offered by CHED and other government-supported initiatives to support their higher education journey. The session aimed to empower learners with the confidence and tools to plan their next steps effectively.
Through activities like this, CHED Caraga continues to foster student growth and readiness by providing guidance, information, and access to educational opportunities that help learners prepare for higher education and future careers.
