In the efforts of strengthening coordination and ensuring efficient delivery of student financial assistance, the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Caraga Regional Office, through the Unified Student Financial Assistance System for Tertiary Education (UniFAST), successfully conducted a consultative meeting with the top executives of Northwestern Agusan Colleges (NAC) on January 22, 2026 via zoom.
The meeting presented key updates and concerns regarding the implementation of the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) program, particularly matters on application and validation, billing updates, and liquidation procedures.
It further served as a venue for the concerned participants to raise questions, share concerns, and seek clarification for a more efficient program implementation and student support.
Mr. Ever Joy G. Rabadan, MAEM, MSc., Education Supervisor and Scholarship Unit In-charge, emphasized the importance of collaboration in addressing operational updates and compliance requirements related to TES.
