The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Caraga awarded the Plaque of Commendation to Caraga State University (CSU), in recognition of its outstanding achievement in the 2025 Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings – ranked 5th in the Philippines and leading the 3rd spot in the 601-800th global bracket.
The award was conferred by CHED Caraga Regional Director Dr. Nelia A. Alibin during the 1st State of the University Address (SUnA) of President Dr. Rolyn C. Daguil on September 30, 2025 at HERO Learning Commons, CSU, Ampayon, Butuan City.
CSU’s debut in this prestigious global ranking validates its significant contributions in advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for regional and national development.
