The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Caraga and the Regional Quality Assessment Team (RQAT) recently visited the City College of Bayugan (CCB) on August 11, 2025 for the purpose of assessing the institutionโ€™s readiness to offer various programs starting Academic Year 2025โ€“2026.

The evaluation and inspection includes the review of existing facilities, documents, and other requirements to ensure its compliance with CHEDโ€™s Policies, Standards, and Guidelines (PSG).

Upon compliance and a favorable report on readiness, the new LUC will offer the following programs: 1) Bachelor of Science in Office Administration (BSOA); 2) Bachelor of Physical Education (BPEd); and 3) Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (BECEd).

As part of its continuing efforts to uphold quality assurance, CHED Caraga ensures that higher education institutions in the region are equipped to provide inclusive, relevant, and excellent academic programs for Caraganons.
