The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Caraga, through its proactive team under the Unified Student Financial Assistance System for Tertiary Education (UniFAST), successfully completed the comprehensive orientation on the updated guidelines for Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) and Tulong Dunong Program (TDP) held on April 23-24, 2025 in Davao City.
CHED Caraga team, led by Mr. Ever Joy G. Rabadan, Education Supervisor II, actively engaged in the two-day learning session which emphasized the provisions of UniFAST Memorandum Circulars No. 02 and 03, Series of 2024, including the newly developed Disbursement Module Version 2. Key UniFAST Board Resolutions and other relevant policies designed to streamline and improve operational efficiency were also presented.
The event was spearheaded by the UniFAST Secretariat headed by Officer-In-Charge Atty. Ryan L. Estevez, Office of the Executive Director IV.
This initiative is part of CHED’s commitment for improved efficiency in the implementation of programs under the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education (UAQTE).
