The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Caraga recently visited SNSU – Claver Extension as part of its evaluation for conversion into a full-fledged campus. The visit aimed to assist the institution in meeting the necessary standards for campus establishment.
Leading the team was CHED Caraga Regional Director Dr. Nelia A. Alibin, accompanied by Education Supervisors II Dr. Frederick A. Amihan, Dr. Rolyna S. Trugillo and Mr. Amy C. Saavedra. They were warmly received by SNSU Claver Extension officials and staff, headed by University President Dr. Rowena A. Plando and Extension Director Dr. Cheyserr C. Lelis.
The conversion into a regular campus will grant SNSU Claver access to independent funding, allowing for increased student enrollment, infrastructure development, and enhanced academic programs. This milestone marks a new era of growth, reinforcing the universityโs dedication to providing quality education and expanding its impact across the region.
