The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Caraga received Salamat Po Award from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Caraga during its 74th anniversary celebration held on March 25, 2025 at the Pavilion at Watergate, Butuan City.

This recognition is a component of DSWD’s Pagkilala sa Natatanging Kontribusyon ng Bayan (PaNata ko sa Bayan) Awards 2025, emphasizing the unwavering support and significant contributions of CHED Caraga which lead to the successful delivery of programs and services of DSWD.

The award was received by CHED Caraga Regional Director Dr. Nelia A. Alibin, together with Dr. Frederick C. Amihan, Education Supervisor II.
