The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) – Caraga Regional Office actively participated in the National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) 2025 today, March 13, 2025, at 3:00 PM. Two officers from the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) served as official observers, evaluating the drill’s execution and providing valuable insights for improvement.

The drill reinforced proper evacuation procedures, enhanced staff readiness, and promoted a culture of safety in the workplace. Following the exercise, the BFP officers shared their assessment, commending the participants’ responsiveness while also offering recommendations to further strengthen emergency response measures.
