In celebration of womenโ€™s empowerment and gender equality, the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Caraga actively participated in the Caraga Womenโ€™s Summit on March 10, 2025, at Balanghai Hotel, Butuan City. This annual gathering served as a vital platform to recognize womenโ€™s contributions, address pressing gender-related issues, and promote inclusivity across various sectors.

The event featured Recognition of Women Leaders and Entrepreneurs, Learning Sessions on Gender Statistics, Employment, Health, and Cybersecurity, as well as an Advocacy Dance, Skills Demonstration, and a Trade Fair offering free government services.

Representing CHED Caraga, personnel from the Scholarship Unit, UNIFAST and SIKAP/K12 programs provided scholarship information and assisted attendees with educational opportunities. Through this, CHED reaffirmed its commitment to enhancing womenโ€™s access to higher education and professional growth, empowering them to thrive in various fields.
