The Civil Service Commission (CSC), through its Resolution No. 010112 issued in January 2011, mandated all government agencies to adopt and implement the revised Employee Suggestions and Incentive Awards System by preparing their respective Programs on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence (PRAISE). This initiative underscores the government’s commitment to fostering a culture of excellence and recognizing exemplary public service.
At the Commission on Higher Education Caraga Regional Office (CHED Caraga), PRAISE serves as a cornerstone of Human Resource Systems and Pillars. This program continuously identifies and highlights outstanding accomplishments, best practices, and other notable contributions of its personnel and support staff. The system is designed to encourage innovation, recognize superior performance, and reward exemplary service in the interest of public welfare and organizational productivity.
