Representatives of the Commission on Higher Education – Caraga Regional Office (CHED Caraga) attend the wake of the late Dr. Glenda Ecleo held at the family residence of Islander’s Castle, Province of Dinagat Islands on September 3, 2024.
Dr. Glenda Ecleo was the former president of Don Jose Ecleo Memorial College and former governor of the Province of Dinagat Islands. As a former member of the House of Representatives, she authored Republic Act 9355 establishing Dinagat Islands as a province which was signed into law on Oct. 2, 2006.
Attending the wake as representatives of the Office were OIC Regional Director Dr. Alma S. Patron; Supervising Education Program Specialist Ms. Noeme Rose D. Mani; Education Supervisors II Dr. Rolyna S. Trugillo, Dr. Criseldo C. Calinawan, and Mr. Ever Joy G. Rabadan; Administrative Officer III Mr. Francis D. Ilagan; and Administrative Aide III Mr. Misael S. Cabang.
