Presidents and key officials, faculty and staff, TES grantees and student leaders from Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) from all over Caraga region congregated at the CHED Caraga Regional Office for a grand motorcade to SM City Butuan, where CHED Caraga conducted a special exclusive screening of the new film โThe Blood Brothers,โ a film written by CHED Commissioner Ronald Adamat starring Cesar Montano, who also directed the film.

Special messages were also given by Mr. Inocencio Angeles Jr., the President of the Caraga Higher Education Institutions Association of Presidents and Heads (CHEIAPH) and President of the Agusan Del Sur College, representing the private HEIs of Caraga; and Dr. Rolyn Daguil, representative of the Caraga Association of State Universities and Colleges (CASUC) and President of Caraga State University, representing the public HEIs.
Members of the House of Representatives also sent their warmest greetings through video messages for the momentous occasion: Hon. Jose โJoboyโ Aquino II, District Representative of Agusan del Norte 1st District. Hon. Dale Corvera, District Representative of Agusan Del Norte 2nd District, Hon. Alfelito โAlfelโ M. Bascug, District Representative of Agusan Del Sur 1st District, and Hon. Francisco Jose โBingoโ F. Matugas II, District Representative of Surigao Del Norte 1st District.
